4. Project title: Measuring coverage of HIV/AIDS prevention and care services for injecting drug users

5. Project title: Assisting the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in its response to HIV/AIDS & TB

- Phase 1: Map out a plan for the participation of ICRC staff in the identification of issues relating to HIV and TB for victims of conflict. (Completed)

- Phase 3: Work with the organisation to embed the policy in practice through a range of communication, training and other capacity development strategies

- A four-day workshop on prevention and treatment preparedness in communities

- Phase 2: Data collection on concentrated HIV/AIDS epidemics for report on 17 countries.
