Documentation, Monitoring and Evaluation

We have worked with many organisations and governments to help them to develop their documentation, monitoring and evaluation systems.

Examples:

• Helping the Russian Harm Reduction Network to set targets and indicators and to select and establish a database to manage data from its projects across Russia
• Working with the All-Ukrianian Network of PLHA on a full review of its documentation, monitoring and evaluation systems to allow it to report successfully in its role as a Global Fund Principal Recipient
• Working with the Community Converstaions Project at the PNG Sustainable Development Program to develop a documentation, monitoring and evaluation system for its community conversations work across Papua New Guinea
